Q:  How secure is this web site?

Q:  What do I do if I forgot my password?

A: Because passwords are stored using one way encryption there is no way to retreieve your actual password in the event that you forget it. To request a new password simply click here, enter your email address and click the "Generate New Password" button. A new password will be generated and emailed to your email address. After you receive your password you will then be able to change it from the Account section under the Account Information tab.

Q:  How do referrals work?

A: Referrals are a great way to extend your subscription for free. For every 5 people you refer that sign up for a premier account you will receive a free year of service.

Q:  What happens if I have a free account and I refer 5 people?

A: If you have a free account and you refer 5 people then your account will be upgraded to a premier account that will expire one year from the day you were upgraded. Unless of course you refer more users or you renew your subscription. When your account expires you will have the option to renew your subscription or downgrade to a free account.

Q:  What happens to my account if it expires?

A: When your account expires you will have the option to renew your subscription or downgrade your account to a free account. If you choose to downgrade to a free account you will have to select one location and ten items to keep.

Q:  What happens to the locations and items I choose not to keep when I downgrade to a free account?

A: The locations and items you decide not to keep will be saved for one month. If you decide to upgrade your account within a month from downgrading, your saved locations and items will be restored.
